V recepte na výrobu citrátu potrebujeme 60g x 0,571 = 34,26 g NaOH CELKOVO sa mení obsah NaOH na 340,9 g (299,54 g + 41,36 g) Postup: škrob /íly slúžia ako stabilizátory na es.oleje micu rozmiešať v troche oleja 1 PL cukru + 1 ČL soľ na 1 kg olejov pridať do vody a zamiešať naprv vo vode rozpustiť: soľ, cukor a až potom pridať kyselinu citrónovú a až následne kyselinu mliečnu zachladiť roztok v chladničke niekoľko hodín (prípadne dať do mrazničky) nachystaj si ľad, ktorý dáš do vody na chladenie NaOH . NaOH vsypávaj pomaly ešte pred vážením olejov (skrátenie času čakania na vychladnutie roztoku) - teplota dosahuje až 90°C
