Solid Soap · NaOH · 18 g oil load · 10% superfat · 1 views · 0 saves

Lavender and rosemary essential oils will be added. For the liquid, it'll be strongly brewed nettle tea. Castor and jojoba oils will be infused with marshmallow root. Be sure to follow up with an apple cider vinegar rinse, but be sure to NOT make the rinse too acidic, otherwise your hair will become dry and brittle. You only want to change the pH of the water from 7 to 5-ish(hair likes a pH of around 5). Use pH strips to test pH of your rinse but general rule of thumb is 3 Tbs vinega for one gallon of water (or a few drops for 8 oz of water). ACV rinse cannot be made in large batches and stored (vinegar breaks down in water over time, which makes the pH go back up).
