mixed · 100 g oil load · 5% superfat · 9 views · 0 saves

Adding frozen beer and silk fibers to lye water, using modified hot process method in crockpot with glycerin, half of cocoa butter (for superfat), and fragrance going in after cook. Using full water to try and keep batter workable. Using new mold from WW which is a 6 ounce round. This recipe is using half stearic and half soy wax as a test for lather and slip. Also testing bentonite clay at 10g in this recipe. Adjusted lye ratio to 44%NaOH and 56%KOH for slightly harder bar.
