V recepte som nahradila časť vody jogurtom-267g Výpočet: Podle receptu máš použít 297,3g hydroxidu sodného při přetučnění 8% a poměru vody a hydroxidu 2:1. Pro jeho rozpuštění si tedy nechej minimálně 326,9g vody (tak dodržíš minimální poměr vody a hydroxidu 1,1:1 !!!!!!) Zbývajících 267g vody (původní množství vody 594g mínus 326,9g, které jsme použili pro přípravu louhu) nahraď mlékem. Jogurt (mléko) přidej přímo do teplých olejů před nalitím louhu.
