Preheat crockpot w/out insert Prep/boil dilution water Prep oils - heat micro to crock, 215F Prep lye water, glycerin, citric Acid - mix Prep lye - do not mix Prep charcoal, salt, sugar, finished soap - add to hot oils, stir Mix lye, stir 10-15 sec until dissolved - add slowly to oils (hissing may occur) Stick blend low middle of crock 30 sec - slowly move circular motion or leave mid Cont stick blend thru stages 3-6 min - trace, sauce, cream - cont blend 30 sec Cover, sit 3-5 min until soap-neutral (zap test) Add half HOT dilution water, blend at bottom 15-30 sec Add 2nd half HOT dilution water, blend at bottom 15-30 sec Temp below boiling point Rest 20+ min until bottom COMPLETELY clear - check 10 min increments Cool to room temp Remove any skin, foam, anhydrous soap - dilute separately Additional dilution - add in small increments if desired
