Zest 4 lemons and save zest for batter; Slice zested lemons w/rind and put in blender w/0.35 oz. distilled water and make a puree. Squish the puree through a cheese cloth and use as part of your liquid that you will add lye to. Dissolve honey in water and mix well; Add kaolin clay to batter 1st; mix well; then add honey; then add lemon zest; Add EO and color; Pour batter into 4 loaf molds (purple liner ones from Amazon). Place molds in warm oven for 2 hours; then in freezer for 5 hours; then in refrigerator over night; then at room temp the next day. Unmold, cut and cure 6-8 weeks. Decorate and texture the top. Distilled Water = 35.29 oz. Lemon Puree = 13.40 oz. Lye = 19.7 oz. Kaolin Clay = 4 tblsp. Raw Honey = 1.97 oz. mixed w/0.35 oz. of distilled water 32 g. of EO = 1.128 oz. of FO
