Honey and Chamomile Bar Soap

Solid Soap · NaOH · 3500 g oil load · 6% superfat · 2 views · 0 saves

Mixed all the additives together, since they were broadly speaking, water based. Melted hard fats over dbl boiler to just melted, added soft fats. This is intended to be a soap for the winter and the dry conditions inside and out, but with my loved ones' oily and breakout prone skin. These notes above were added with the original notes, but they fit quite well with the recipe as I'm modifying it now, almost a year later. I'm only adding a chamomile infusion with a touch of cinnamon in it, without any exfoliation. Maybe one or two bars at the very end of the batch. I have some dehydrated, spent, chamomile flowers in the fridge for this use.
