rosmarin, lavander and Jara leaves with (aprox a total of 100grs) where added when rendering fat Tap Water (1/4 of fats) and 4 tbsp of sea salt where added when rendering to clean of impurities. 1st Fat rendering lasted 7hs. Then filtered with cotton cloth. Remelted and refiltred with cotton cloth. Lye solution made with Encina ashes and destiled water.
